Food was meh and the location was sketchy but that?s Sorong lol

This hotel offers a relaxed ambience with comfortable beds and good room amenities. Clean bathroom and great AC. The breakfast is really good and the employees are top notch.

Rooms could be a little bigger

Great buffet breakfast. Room very clean with good A/C. Front staff very helpful while I was searching for lost luggage.

Poor service in the restaurant but the management is aware of the situation and they are going to get a food services manager to train the staff.

This place is nice enough but nothing overwhelming. Good location for transferring to the ferry.

Shower was lackluster. Overall had a bit of a must, damp feel.

Rooms could use charging outlets be the beds and it was difficult to get service from the dining staff.

We stayed here for one night before we embarked on a liveaboard. The hotel is conveniently located in Sorong, feels pretty luxurious and not badly priced. Our room was big but had a very small bathroom, which was a bit unexpected. The breakfast was very good. We havent tried the dinner, but drinks were pretty expensive (comperatively) at the bar.

Transportation and location of hotel. Breakfast included with reservation was good.

One morning on return trip from diving there was no staff at restaurant for breakfast for approximately 30 minutes. A number of customers were waiting on opening at 6:30 with no lights or staff.We had two other meals at restaurant and waited long time to order and then longer for food to arrive.

Good hotel in Sorong, probably used mostly by tourists and divers on their way to Raja Ampat. Good restaurant.

Most things about this hotel were very good.

Friendly staff and helpful. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. The swimming pool is a nice addition.

The broken electrical outlet for the fridge. (Room 261). The TV sound was also not good at all.

breakfast choices were limited. the room was small and everything was very dated. The air conditioner looked old and could not cool off the room. Everything on the floor we were on smelled moldy - the hallway, the room, the bedding. We checked out after a few hours even though we paid for two nights.

Reasonably comfortable hotel in Sorong, fine to spend a night before or after your liveaboard. It even has a pool, albeit tiny.

Rooms could use a bit of an update. The sliding glass door to the balcony is not soundproof so the call to prayer woke me up. I would ask for a lower floor room to avoid this. Nice to have a pool but nothing special. The breakfast was just ok.

Location is very near yo airport. The hotel room is spacious clean.

Very nice clean modern hotel close to airport and harbor so very convenient if you’re catching a boat to the Raja Ampat islands. Good buffet breakfast with lots of variety and made-to-order egg dishes. Nice pool and gym. Convenient baggage storage. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.

Water in the shower took a LONG time to get warm. Bathroom was very small and lack of door on the shower made ir hard to keep the floor dry, but overall, a very good hotel and excellent value! Would definitely come back.

Really slow and mismanaged restaurant. Always a line to pay and tables all not bussed full of dirty dishes.Food ok Our room overlooking residential street had loud roosters and loud mosque speakers.

We stayed at the hotel as an overnight stop so we did not use any other facility other than the room which was clean and comfortable. It was unfortunate that on that particular night, there was a huge street party right outside the hotel which went on until 5am meaning no one in the hotel managed to get any sleep. That being said, we appreciate it was not the hotel's fault and should we find ourselves in Sorong again, I would happily book another stay at the hotel
